When I first went vegan, I realized there weren’t a lot of easily accessible vegan options- especially in the Midwest. My goal when creating Florine’s Flour Shoppe was to create cakes and desserts that are not only “good for being vegan”, but better than their non-vegan counterparts. I don’t want my customers to feel like they're being left out due to their dietary restrictions. While everything I make is vegan, I can also accommodate most other food allergies and intolerances. I believe everyone should be able to have their cake and eat it, too!

I can make orders for any event, from a custom cake to a full wedding display. I have popular flavor combos, but what I enjoy most is creating something with the customers’ tastes in mind.
